FX stackable moderator Mod?

Has anybody tried putting any sound dampening materials in their stackable sections? I just went from a huggett to these to save on length and I'm not real impressed. Any pre made stuff I could buy or DIY? Pictures and info is very appreciated

Don't know about that but you could use the Huggett Belita which is only 4 3/4", 2 1/2" shorter than the standard Huggett.

Sound suppression is more a matter of internal volume than dampening materials. If you want to experiment, you can get low density felt at your local fabric store, or use the fibrous synthetic pads used to scour pots.

what do you think about putting a vent hole at the beginning of the shroud to let the redirected air escape?

I don't know that it would help that much. What gun are you wanting to suppress? 
The best suppressors I know of are Weihrauch, Hogan, Donnie's, and maybe the Hugget. 
There is really no magic or breakthroughs in airgun suppressor design. Large volume, 2 or 3 chambers, and some dampening material around the interior of the outside wall. With high pressure gasses a small hole does not allow a lot of flow.

Wildcat .25. I went with 4 stackable moderators and figured I could play with some different ideas
