FX SSTX Liner for JSB Knockouts

Does anyone known which superior liner would work best for the .22 cal JSB Knockouts?

• Standard
• Heavy

Based on some of the descriptions listed on various vendor websites, it seems like the Heavy liner would be appropriate, but if anyone has direct experience that would be great.

I could be wrong but I believe standard would be your option. I think the heavy is designed for massive slugs
