FX slug liner vs pellet liner A .30cal

After shooting the slug liner in .30 cal not much difference from the pellet liner A. The pellet liner A for the .30 cal shoots NSA pretty darn good! My best results were the 55gr. Those were pushing 890fps@155 bar reg. Also i noticed the pellet liner shoots the slug faster by 10-15fps. My crown with 600mm .30 pellet liner does well with 47gr NSA @905fps 160bar reg. All shots were taking at 20 yards just a bit over 1/4 inch groups (5shots).

So it is pointless to get the slug liner and just shoot slug out of our pellet liner? I was gonna buy a slug liner but if slugs shoot just as good out of a pellet liner, why bother wasting $110. I have a .25 cal impact. If anyone can confirm slugs shoot just as from the pellet liner x, it will save my some money..thanks.

This was just the results for the .30 cal. I have a slug liner for my .25cal. It shoots best with VK 32.8gr slugs

Don'y you think that 20 yards is not very good distance for such a test? Try 100 yards, you will be surprised.
