Can't seem to find these on either Royale 500 or Boss diagrams. Anyone know the thread sizes? Want to replace original handles with longer Streamline/Crown/Impact type handle. Any help?

Since nobody chimed in why not bring that screw to ACE Hardware and hunt-match the threads by trying to screw nuts onto that screw from their drawers to see what the exact size and pitch is? You can Even make a note on the various different screw lengths they have in the correct size and pitch while you are there.

I bought the impact/wildcat handle for my royale 400, and it used the stock 400 screw. Not sure about the 500 but I’d bet its the same.

Its not just a screw, it's a roll pin that is threaded on a small section at the top.
It's on both diagrams and is part A10 on the Boss drawing.
Don't just try and force an m3 screw in there please.
Edit oh the handle I thought you meant the other end.
Yes the impact one works just get the the screw that it needs. ^^ The guy above has it.

I've been swapping out the screws/bolts on all of my Impacts to stainless steel parts and can confirm that the socket head cap screw that connects the cocking bolt to the lever is in fact an M3x18mm. Assuming that the Royale and Boss use the same lever/bolt, that's the size you need and any decent hardware store will have it in their fasteners section.
