FX Royale 400 stock hole pattern vs Crown MkII?

I think most conventional rifles with wooden stocks are becoming less common. I don't like the tactical black guns. They certainly shoot well but when I shoulder one it just feels like a piece of metal, which it is. I'm not knocking them. They just aren't for me. I do like the Crown walnut. I have two FX500's and a 400.

Didn't mean to get off topic.

Not of topic to me, the 500 seems to long to me and 30 cal on a daily diet more expensive to feed and why I love 22 cal

I'd love to try the 400 in 22, it's considered one of the quietest of all pellet guns out there, I like that it has a dovetail rail to try out some specialized scope rings I have my eye on for my old eyes and moves the center-line over 3/4" so my old neck too :) They just don't make them for weaver or picatinny

I got a used 500 BP LAM and .22 Walnut 400 last year and love them both the 400 can with two barrels a ST and WL just great rifles all around. Not as much "in fashion" as the Crown and newer models that shoot slugs which seem to be all the rage right now but the reliability and quality is there and man do they shoot!
