Fx royale 400 bottle adopter

Threads are gone. In fact it became very difficult to remove and install the bottle. I asked about it to Johan and he told that the threads might have gone and I need a new adapter. 

I want to know if I ony need the adapter shown as G in parts picture? Or I would also have to replace the internal part of bottle threads where the adopter threads are screwed in.

If that bottle threads part is made from matel then it should be fine but if it's also made of plastic then it might have gone.

I own a FX Royale 400 and I wish I could help, but I don't have a clue. I suggest you call Airguns of Arizona with your question.

I've never down anything to my air bottle, did you have a problem with yours?

They are both made of steel, both the bottle adapter and the valve housing inside the bottle.
I'd suggest to replace them both, if you replace only one of those 2, and one is damaged, you will have the same problem again when you tighten the bottle the first time.
Can you make some photos and post them? It is easier to see what is going on in that case.

This could happen due to contamination between the threads, or the bottle was not installed straight, ruining the threads.
When the threads are damaged by doing this, and the bottle is installed afterwards anyway, the chance is big that the whole thread is ruined but it must be felt when turning the bottle.
When you feel that the bottle is not turning smoothly, stop immediately and look what's going on. First time I hear of such a problem.
