FX repair by geographical location

I just got my Maverick Compact back from FX in NC. I sent it in for a checkup. I bought it used many months ago and wanted them to make sure it was performing at its best. The gun was returned within a month. I sent it during winter since I wouldn't be able to use it anyway. I requested a call from the tech so that I could hear first hand what issues were found and what all was done to the rifle. The tech explained what was done and why, was extremely patient and listened to and answered all my questions. He even went as far as to say to feel free to call back any time if I wanted to speak with him again. I asked that the gun be tuned to shoot JSB 33.95gn pellets which he did. The gun is shooting 890fps with an extreme spread under 7.
I couldn't be happier with all of my interactions with FX USA. The gun is still under warranty. Not sure how many other manufacturers have transferable warranties. The only cost to me was shipping the rifle to them. There was no charge for the work they did or to ship the rifle back to me. Awesome!!
They have been the best to deal with so yeah, @garlorco I would definitely reach out to them again. Good Luck!!

Thanks to all!
I did send it to the NC Fx repair you all use. After their service my gun was exactly the way it was before. So, I guess I had a different experience. The gun is not in warranty so this is out of pocket. I have not called them as I know they will say it was too long ago. Just wanted a repair shop close to me for more control. Love airguns but they are (FX) hard to keep going unless you shoot regularly and have deep pockets.
