Just received an FX Radar mk2. It connects to Bluetooth with the app, but it doesn't register any shots. I have tried placement along the barrel not one shot is being registered. Is there a minimum distance for testing. Any ideas ?

I have tried 3 profiles. High Powered, UK and added My gun profile and only changed the pellet size grains. Should i start off by selecting the different gun ranges nerf and work up until it registers a shot.

I'd try all the profiles and then if nothing works, pull the batteries for a few seconds on the device and restart the app

Also try in full sun and have barrel right on top and forward some so there is no chance of shooting it.

I've managed to read shots on profile 3. Only 241 fps or 73 m/s which is disappointing as the regulations here are <170 m/s at the muzzle. I am new to this hobby and still learning. May be an issue with the rifle. I will contact the seller where i am.

Also keep in mind velocity on most guns is advertised using very light alloy pellets. If you are using lead, velocity will drop but that is absolutely fine.

Hatsan Nova QE 5.5. regulations here is 7.5 J so its 50% down on power 3.2 J . The shop is okay will take it back for service calibration up to the 7.5J.

Also make sure you shooting not close to walls or tight place or whatever can echo the signal back, that is also confusing the radar.
You are in Hungary? You can still apply for a gun license and in that case no speed limits?

I had a problem with my fx chrono it will not read below about 600 there is a setting that my adjust this i just looked so if i go to airgun power UK it should read below 600 am i correct ?

Is it pointed in the right direction? Sorry I had to ask, people do make mistakes, I made one this morning, I got up. Mine works great, set it as sensitive as you can and keep it several inches back from the muzzle.
