So my 2nd reg above the trigger is leaking how to fix it’s leaking front the tiny reg adjustment screw

Sounds like the o-rings. Very common. You can contact FX Customer service. [email protected] If you're under warranty they will send you 2 new rings. I have not sourced another source for them myself.

The O-rings on the reg screw are very small and can be difficult to get on. Try soaking then in hot water first to make them more pliable.

For those tiny 2 x 1mm o rings it helps to fabricate a witch’s hat to help guide those o rings into place- 
I had these custom made to my specs, but any material can be used so long as the large end of the taper sits on top of the adj screw and allows the o ring to drag down on the tool and into place on the adj screw.
This tool will also work on the ends of the FX valve rods of the impacts and valve stems of the FX block receiver type guns
