FX Maverick owners...how’s it shooting?

Bought a 30 cal vp . Shot great out of the box with 44.8 fx pellets at 872 average at 120 ish bar . Have about 400 rounds through it ...shoots like my wildcat with more air and more power !

I was thinking the same thing show us your 50 and 100 yard groups and your gun come on now .

sigh, I need to get out there and shoot it. My excuse is I’m waiting on hammer weights from FX and a scope.

My .22 cal Sniper shoots great with .217 NSA 23grain and 18.gr JSB pellets with the regulator around 120-125 bar. FX has shipped me a heavier hammer weight but hasn’t gotten here yet so I can raise the reg pressure.

My Maverick Sniper .22 shooting JSB KO @910fps @100yds. This is a 3" target with 4 shots in 3/8" . It is possible.

Happy with the way mine handles and shoots. Not sure what I'm gonna do. Scratches in the carbon fiber bottle are NOT good, safety wise.
Not happy with myself for not seeing the problem when I went over it originally. I'm normally better at finding problems like that.
NOT happy with FX sneaking this by to the customers. I looked closer at my Wildcat Mk III, all is good as far as I can see without taking the mechanical parts...apart.

Thats nice shooting 2L8.I have a 25 cal Maverick coming can’t wait what little groups I’ve seen look good.

WHEW, doubled checked and no scratches on the bottle, I already took the bottle off twice but didn't pay attention. I must agree that there is NO NEED for the tolerances to be that tight, that's just asking for trouble!

Yes sir! Only thing is I have zero idea when they will get here, never got a tracking so I'm guess it's first class mail. Hope USPS doesn't take forever to get them across the country.......again! It would be awesome to get it before Christmas.

Need help trying to decide between maverick and impact. Like all of us trying to get best bang for buck. I sounds like your not happy with the maverick, am I correct. Need to keep wife happy she will be using it to and grand kids. wht would you suggest

Mine's still working well. I put my big "home formed" grip on it the other day. While I made the grip as fitted to my Prophet, it actually feels a little better on the Maverick.
Not a whole tin thru it yet, but getting there and no problems. But then...I haven't done any "tuning" to it. Works just fine from the factory.

My .30 maverick sniper shoots awsome!! The target was 100 yds
5 mph wind.
9 shots 0 sd. I've never seen anything like it. By the way im shooting 44grain hybrids at 877 110 on reg. I think fx has found something with the double reg system.
