FX Maverick leaking from…need help

My FX Maverick has 2 leaking issues.

Whenever I try to fill it up while the rifle is de-cocked, I get air leaking out of the barrel.

When I try to fill it up while it is cocked, I can feel a vacuum of air leaking out of the brass inlet.

Why is this the case? What o-ring is failing? Thanks

valve seal sounds like to me

You need to replace your valve pin.

Check the hammer rod. If the seal at the end has any kind of scuff or damage, you will get a slow leak. You either need to replace it or lightly polish it to regain the seal.

Thanks. It is leaking quite a lot though. Massive gush of air. Not a slow leak.

Yeah I will contact FX and ask them. Thanks for the help. This might just be it based on my researching as well.
