Fx Maverick compact vs Fx wildcat bt compact

I'm trying to decide between the compact Maverick and wildcat bt for general purpose shooting and hunting I already own the Maverick sniper so I'm trying to keep things pretty close to the same and I've already got caliber down to 25 caliber mostly because I've got 10,000+ pellets sitting in my closet so it's Maverick or wildcat bt any input would be appreciated if there is a reason why or why not please leave a comment thanks

Basically the same gun with different stocks from my understanding. going to depend on which stock you like the best.
I have a Maverick 25 Comp. and of my 3 air guns it is the one that gets shot the most whien hunting. Had a Mav 22 sniper and let it go after i had the compact. Just did not care for all the length.

Depending on how power hungry you are, the wildcat is more ergonomic, and nicer to shoot off hand. The Maverick is similar to an impact. For me, walking around with it is uncomfortable, but it has more power potential, even with the new mods to the wildcat. There’s also more add on parts available for the maverick to make it even more tacticool.

More a preference than anything.

You've answered your own question..!
See in red above !!!

One has a more "normal" stock...one doesn't...simple. Pretty different at the shoulder...right ?
Having shouldered both, I'm better with the Maverick, but almost as good with the Wildcat.

As someone who has a Maverick and a Wildcat BT, I would go with Wildcat as the second. The difference in weight is a real thing and the Wildcat is just better to me if not shooting off a bench or tripod. As to a choice between a Maverick and an M3....I think I would go M3 just because aftermarket products are just easier to come by for M3 and power can go higher.

I settled the problem by switching a .25 Maverick Sniper into a .22 Compact, Have a .25 VP that works great. Now when I get my .22 Sapsan back I may convert the compact back to a sniper, who know, the possibilities are endless with Mavericks.
