Good video on your setup. I have the Maverick .25 Compact but turned it into a 600mm monster. I use a single point sling attached to the left front pic rail for walking around but in comparison to my Impact this is lighter.
I already installed the slug power kit and changed the transfer port as well. I watched the video from AirBuks on YouTube and a few others on tuning it for better performance.

Interesting video.
Have had mine for a short while now. I like it overall.
One thing that you might want to try is either a 15° or a 0° (90° to the barrel) grip. Makes shooting more comfortable and possibly your carrying may even be easier.
The grip that's on mine now is a hard plastic that's hollow. I decided to try a "molded" grip. I put some epoxy on the right side and gripped the grip hard enough to have the epoxy squeeze out and fill the palm of my hand. I actually had to do it twice to fully fill my hand. Now, every time that I grip the gun, my hand is exactly (exact as can be) the same position.

Great review. I too had issue with the Ping in the right ear and wore ear plug when shooting. Not everyone notices it. As far as carrying goes a single point harness works awesome on the Maverick and impact.

great review glad your happy with it. Got the Dream Tact compact .22 with the 300 bottle. really like it heavier than i thought it would be with scope and moderator . Strange on yours safe lever in vertical position on mine safe is in horizontal position. good luck
