Tuning Fx Maverick Bottle AMP Regulator settings.

Hello Everyone,

i have Maverick .22cal. The problem is 1st regulator won’t lift up rather than 90bar with Maximum turns out! Is this necessary to any BELLEVILLE SPRING WASHER STACK SET need to be change or re stack for 150bar max (1st reg) {piston oring was replaced earlier b4 after taking photo}

Is the reg seat damaged?

Regulator seat seams Ok. There is no manual and video for Maverick 1st regulator rebuild and technical specification by FX!

Your regulator is missing the 11th Belleville washer. This is the stack configuration.

Tell us more of your process between "Regulator 1 and Regulator 2"??? . Both regulator 1&2 are the same in the Maverick. Does your 2nd reg have 11 washers? Switch the two and see what results you have and report back.

I didn’t open 2nd regulator. Its also 80/90 bar with full turns !! (I think 2nd will not going over 90 if 1st is only 90bar) let me check today.
