FX regs dont last long when set over 150Bar. That goes for the front reg too. Without more information my first concern is your regs are not holding consistently after turning them up so high.

Time to tear your #2 apart, You don't say how old your Mav. is but if it has the older adjusters in them that is most likely your problem. The one on the right are the new improved ones. The one on the left is the original, the middle one is a mistake they made, if you get a long one you can carefully sand it down with FINE paper and polish. Constant high pressure use makes them convex.

The problem with the longer ones is you can't adjust past 100 bar without going beyond flush with the reg body . He would have never got to that pressure without the adjustment screws launching.

That is a very stable speed across all shots. Not seeing a reg problem whatsoever but maybe just a tune that is slightly off? Possibly a bit more excess air coming out behind the slugs at the higher pressures destabilizing them? I don’t know as I don’t shoot super long ranges. The ranges I shoot pellets perform stellar and are so easy to make perform stellar. Slugs are much more of a PIA so I don’t spend a lot of time with them. take what I say with a grain of salt. Just an idea.

That doesnt explain the lack of accuracy at full bottle pressure, and accuracy returning at a lower bottle pressure. And we dont really know when the spread data was captured. If we assume the issues are caused by the change in bottle pressure the issue is almost certainly reg related. But to your point that is a very nice fps spread, typical of a well tune FX.

ok, so not too old but, high pressure. I think the next question can be, how are your groups between the 250 bar and the lower bar? I'm going to guess you're using a dial gauge on #2? If so you can be off quite a bit on your pressures. Your SD isn't too bad 10fps if my math is correct. A SD of 5.
