FX Maverick .30 Sniper + NSA 49.5 slugs GREAT combo

Hi Guys and Gals,

Had some time to play with my new Maverick .30 sniper today and running 145 bar reg slinging the NSA 49.5 slugs at an average of right at 900....

That is one full mag right at 40 yards....Off of a bipod and resting the butt end on my forearm so can still get it tightened up I am sure!

She really seems to like the 47.2 also at about 915 but still working with those!

Superior liner, 700mm barrel....

Will be breaking out the .25 Maverick compact next so stay tuned !

Will try and stretch it out a bit further this weekend and see how she does but I have found with slugs if they group well at between 30 and 40 they tend to hold that at longer ranges (my observation at least)...

That is what you want to see one hole grouping with no flyers at any distance let alone 40! I say leave well enough alone before she calls big brother. Nice shooting, nice rifle shoot safe and Happy Holidays

Mike, Fantastic shooting!!! My Maverick .22 is shooting equally well at distances to 100. I am very happy as well and glad to hear you are too. I am also happy with my WC MK3 .30 as well  It is quite the shooter too. Thank you.

Nick sure knows how to make Slugs Rock and Roll in these FX guns. I can't wait to try the FX .30 Hybrids!!!

That is some good grouping.... I need to try some nsa in my 30compact. I’m averaging a little under 1/2 groups at 50 yards. I’m kinda wishing I got the sniper version.
