As an impact owner myself, welcome to known impact issues. It can be less problematic if you tune it in a specific way.

The FX plenum end part has a 1,5 mm hole. I don't think enlarging that hole will help much in refresh rate since the regulator flow is the bottleneck.

Pretty sure FX has a new updated valve rod part so at least you can fix your brand new 2200-2400 dollar gun.

these o-rings are supposed to fix this problem from getting slow shots , I hope this helps

That’s clearly a problem with the gun. With my M4, if I don’t shoot for a day, the first shot’s muzzle velocity is 50–100 FPS lower than the previous day. It takes about 5–10 shots to get back to the preset velocity. I have many friends who’ve bought FX guns, and several of them have experienced the same issue. Yet FX considers this normal. I’ve already traded mine for a different gun. For a rifle that costs over two grand, this is unacceptable. I’ll never buy FX again.

This also happens with the FX King .22, at least with my unit, the first 4-5 shots are slower, it's not just a problem with the Impact.
