I got this idea from an older post here on AGN. I thought I would show my completed project. I bought a short riser base for about $10 and a scope picatinny rail extension for about $20 on Amazon. I then attached them upside down to the short picatinny base on the FX impact m4 trigger guard. I was then able to place my bipod further forward to make a more stable platform. I would think this will also work on other Airgun's.

Now that is thinking outside of the box. Good for you! How is the stability? Any lateral movement, flexing up/ down or is the mount solid as a one piece?

Very happy with it. Solid as if one piece. The riser and picatinny fit was a little sloppy so I did shim the two pieces and they locked up tight when I tightened the screws .
