FX did the next best thing as well. They published the FX Master Class on YouTube so anyone can do basic servicing of an Impact AT HOME! No one else provided information on that scale. Ernest does complete tear downs and rebuilds of every component, so in my case, rebuilding the regulator and now replacing the valve set is possible without sending the gun to the repair shop for a month.

Given the component is the same on all calibres, wouldn't it follow that pressure from 30 cal is a tad more than .17, .22 or .25.. Thus .30cal pressures reach the point of damaging the component.

No because all calibers share the same spring and all put equal pressure on the pin to cock the rifle.
