FX Impact X MKII compact accuracy problem

I watch the movie 7.62 is obviously more accurate than 6.35, is it true? The distance is 100 yards, I am curious why there is so much difference in the accuracy of 100 yards, just look at the accuracy, is it better to buy 7.62?

The much heavier 7.62 projectile bucks the wind better due to higher BC. He was shooting groups on a windy day...

great little hunting gun , I like the short compacts for hunting , and I like the longer guns just like he said for bench-rest shooting

Yep, have 700 / 25 impact .. dot to dot @ 100 but you can't get it through a cattle gate or the weeds in the field. I use a p15 / 25 for 50 yrds hunting. 25" or so. 5.5 shoot ready.

Take a squirrel, rabbit, coon or possum no problem!

I am considering a compact 30 for my Christmas ( and b'day, fathers day! 4th of July) oh well, you get my point.

The 7.62 is not more accurate than the .25 as far as I can tell. The right pellet/slug and tune is all that is required to get MOA groups at 100 yards. I'm not shooting a compact here but it really does not make much of a difference as they shoot every bit as good as the longer barreled guns when tuned correctly. He states the wind picked up when he was shooting the .25 so no surprise with the results.

Think I'm finally ready to go for one of these after seeing that it can still solve problems at 100 yards.

I have a .30 Compact that was power tuned by Tony at Talon Tunes. It shoots JSB 44.75 pellets at 900fps and sub moa at 100yards. Last weekend I was ringing 6” steel plates at 220yards. So much fun.
