I am weighing the advantages and disadvantages of a Daystate Redwolf vs an FX Impact X with the new 700mm barrel. I understand the major function differences such as the electronic trigger on the Daystate and the interchangeability and total adjustment versatility of the FX.
My questions for those of you with the FX this morning are:
For the owners of both Redwolf's and Impacts, what led you to make your purchase decision and would you do anything different knowing what you know now?
Thank you in advance for your replies.
My questions for those of you with the FX this morning are:
- What is the twist rate of the smooth twist barrel, for Strelok purposes?
- What have you determined the best velocity to be to produce the ultimate accuracy with the JSB 33.95 pellets at 100 yards?
- Which is better - the MK I or MKII pellets?
- What is the ballistic co-efficient with this set-up?
- What size of groups are you consistently able to achieve at 50 yards and 100 yards?
- Finally, it doesn't look like single shot loading of the FX is an option. Is this true?
