That's pretty slick, but to me looks like you could just back out the original FX plunger a little to reduce the tension?
But I haven't experimented with this at all so I haven't a clue.

What thread size is the oem plunger?
im wondering if a guy couldn’t cut the back with a lathe, remove the spring and ball, and thread if with a tiny set screw?
Just to give an idea, the OEM trigger parts are designed and function that way how it is....not much you can improve there only polish some surfaces and that is it, don't waste your time.
You can only re-design the entire trigger assembly with new components inside that limited place = pocket. The next challenge will be finding the right materials, machining, heat treatment, R&D, several revisions, and we can talk again in a next while![]()

I have replaced the trigger on my xbow a while back, triggertech has a relatively big selection lately, the function and the finish is eye opener.
Are you saying they have something for FX air rifles?

No, but you can buy one and revers engineer it for FX![]()
I am already thinking on redesigning the trigger...
