I lost it and need the length to buy a new one. It is behind the hammer tension wheel.

The very same thing happened to me 2 months ago. I called FXUSA and Jessica sent me a replacement, including the power wheel within a week; no charge.

I lost the same one it's a 3mm size I called fx USA and the sent me one out. Hope that helps.
