Try Home Depot and Lowe’s in the metric grub screw draws or your local hobby shop. Thanks for the help. Local sourcing seems like the way to go. I can measure them with a micrometer.

Take your choice, steel or stainless steel. All grub screws including the ones FX uses are an iron metal.

Cross referencing the Impact Parts Schematic with this website I was able to get the specs on any of the screws from the part #s.
The early Impacts only specifies M4 but not the length.

The Stainless 6*6 Barrel Lock screws look pretty close to OEM.
The stock 3*6 Probe Screw is slightly different than off the shelf.
