Here is another useful you tube vid.

My impact 182408 gen2 took the 16 8mm bellville washers like this ()()()()()()()() Both of these vids show the earlier gen1 impacts with 11 8mm bellville washers. Not sure but think you have a gen3 or Impact x so it would have 11 of the 10mm bellville washers with the new AMP reg judging by the pic that shanshan posted awhile back. FX gen3, Impact x on the left Huma for gen1 on the right.

As long as you have the correct number of Bellville springs and they are in the correct orientation you should be good. Like stated before they are to be oriented ()()()()()() in this way to correctly install them. make sure they are not damaged and make sure they are clean.

As far as thickness of the Bellville springs? You can try and contact FX and request additional information. the videos posted explains the installation.

I am not sure but the only way to arrange them for more power would be (())(())((). Other than that my thoughts are you may have the FX reg springs mixed up with the Huma reg springs my FX springs were thicker than most of the Huma springs.

On another note. My Huma instruction sheet said if the pressure is not high enough, with the Huma reg, to add a pair of the FX springs to increase it. But that's not the OEM reg were talking about.
