new member here and new impact owner, about two months now. Try as I may I cannot get the power adjusted quite as high as I would like. Best I can do (.25) is jsb 25 gr. @ 910 FPS and 33 gr. @ 810 FPS. I would like a little more energy if possible. Any suggestions or is this the best this impact can do.

Can you increase regulator pressure?

Why? I can't speak for your specific airgun, but every one I've owned starts to open up the groups at velocities past about 900 FPS.

Forgot info...power wheel has been fine tuned and is on max, valve knob showing four total lines reg pressure is just below 150 (don’t know how accurate the gauge is, it fluctuates a little).

My .25 impact was not accurate (910fps from AOA) till I tuned it down to shoot the jsb 25 grain pellets at around 880 fps mine is set on minimum on the hammer spring and 3 lines showing on the valve adjuster!

I can understand RBAZ still would like the option to shoot the King Heavies in there sweet spot which is 830 up to 860ish and the gun should do that.
My Impact was just like this and after I’d been over everything at least twice the only way I managed to bring its performance up to ‘spec’ was with a small increase in hammer weight.
You might want to check your regulator pressure is correct with another more accurate gauge as a small adjustment there might get you the extra fps.
The trouble shooting guide is written by the guy who designed the gun and is worth going though step by step.
I can now get 870fps with the King Heavy mk11.

If your wheel is on max and valve limiter is on 4 and you're only getting 810 fps on 34g heavies . Then your reg gauge is very inaccurate or your reg needs rebuilt . Shoot the gun down til you fall off reg pressure and check against tank pressure gauge this will give you an idea . Also look at the regulator screw adjuster behind the trigger , if it is all the way out til it is a half thread to one turn in then it may be your reg needing rebuilt. Check and let us know .

If he has checked all that's was said so far and can't move a heavy more than 810 I would start looking at the reg . He needs to give us more info.

Shot the gun down until it started loosing speed. Bottle pressure exactly 125, regulater gauge a needle with above 100. Could it be that far off?

It could yes. Do you think the bottle Gauge is accurate? Is it the same as the gauge on your fill set?
My bottle gauge was spot on with my fill set so I swapped them over and have the accurate gauge on my regulator. ( have to depressurise the gun)

Sounds like you need to turn the reg screw counter clockwise (out) a half turn and then recheck speed .
