I got tired of being on a waiting list for a PP install and when one popped up here in the classifieds last week I jumped on it. I watched videos of the installation and decided I can do that even though I was a little leary of tearing apart a $2000.00 airgun. It took me less than an hour to do and it was easy. I was shooting 24.8 grain slugs at 900 fps-with my reg at 150 bar before the PP but all I could get out of it with the new PP was the same 900 fps, so I put the original hammer spring back in and now I am getting 953 fps at 135 bar which I am happy with. I don’t understand how some of you guys are getting those numbers at a lower pressure. I watched Ernest’s video on fps and set mine up that way. It will shoot 18.13 grain jsb’s at 1067 fps. Should I be able to get those numbers at a lower pressure like 110 bar? Am I doing something wrong?
