FX Impact power plenum hammer spring

Finally got the power plenum installed on my .22 impact. Used the old hammer spring as everyone said that will give the better power even though the biggest slugs in my arsenal right now are 27.5. Started tuning to get around 960 for the fx slugs. Got 960 at 105 bar and turned the valve adjuster in. shoots the 25.39 redesigned at 930. Started shooting and the light fx slugs and the 23 nsa shot horrible. The 27.5 grain nsa shot great. Seemed like I was using more air shooting the light slugs than the heavy ones which has me thinking I should switch to the hammer spring to the stock pp one. Seems like I am using too much air and the smaller spring will help the valve close faster since my reg pressure is lower for now. Any thoughts greatly appreciated
