FX Impact - Options for rear butt pad

When shooting my FX Impact off a bench or in a standard upright position, the stock Impact butt pad works ok. But when shooting off a prone position, the stock Impact butt pad's rear angular design makes it uncomfortable to shoot for extended periods - it just jams into my shoulder and collarbone.

Anyone have any good options on a better/more comfortable Impact butt pad without needing to spending over $250 on those Kraford and Lypt adjustable butt pads?

I am on the verge of filing flat my stock impact's rear rubber pad, then attaching one of my AR's Magpul butt pads I have lying around onto it.

But before I go ahead with above said idea, just figured it might be a good idea to ask around here first...

Can make one out of wood pretty easily, I made a nice one out of walnut with a skilsaw, sandpaper and jigsaw.

Is there a front, butt pad that I'm missing ?

15 minutes later with a dremel:

1) Filed down rear Impact rubber butt pad to liking as to how you like your Magpul butt pad to fit

2) Drilled holes for standard Magpul AR style butt pads

3) Put them back together and you are all done

Absolute best thing about this?

This setup allows me to choose and attach one of many available AR style Magpul brand butt pads for less than $20 usd - most folks probably have a couple of these lying around.
