They can upgrade but I don't think you can use the new regulator and it won't be cheap. You'll need the larger plenum tube (they called it transfer port tube) a larger valve assembly, hammer weight and the .35 barrel, pellet probe and magazine. I'm guessing at least $750 without the new gauges.

Wow imagine that, I criticize FX's small plenums and a few other valve specs, and they respond with larger plenums, reworked valves and a .357 (something I predicted btw)....who would've thunk? Maybe I'm not the 'FX hater' many think I am, you're welcome...FX seemed to play a lot of 'catch up' in the last 3-4 months and are doing a fine job of it, IMO. Hats off to FX..

You can thank me for pushing for larger plenums / valve re-works, but not the new website or the plethora of other options they have. I have been adamant about increased plenum volume and larger valve ports and FX responded accordingly, IMO.

Out of curiosity, is a larger plenum and re-worked valve in the new Impact MK2 official? I only read about "larger air transfer tube". Not sure what that means exactly.
Does that imply a re-worked valve and/or larger plenum and/or a larger transfer port or literally just a larger air transfer tube as it states?

Yes, FX is calling the larger plenum a "larger air transfer tube" (the parallel tube under the barrel at the rear). Ernest Rowe has been developing these mods for the last couple of years as many Impact owners searched for more power. I'm glad to see FX listening to it's customers and technicians.

Not sure what the context of this is implying...if you're asking if my presence in this thread can somehow result in you obtaining a compact fx impact mk2 in .177 cal, then my response is a firm "no", I don't plan on purchasing gifts for forum trolls, however you can hook yourself up with one in the upcoming months according to FX. Kudos.
