FX Impact MKII Connect Coupler issue

I recently bought a second-hand FX Impact MKII. The seller said that he bought it in 2021 (he said that his MKII was the last revision). The Connect Coupler he gave me is the picture below.

I can't plug this Connect Coupler into my MKII at all (I have tried many times and I'm not a novice, I'm pretty sure I can't plug it in at all),
The first picture is the Connect Coupler given to me by the seller.

It looks like a best fittings extended quick coupler socket. Some find them easier to attach than the standard FX coupler, which is shorter.

The pic is the female quick coupler extended version and should work fine on your impact. The factory on is much shorter and a pain to get off. The extended version is much easier to use.

It may be a bit harder to connect than the stock one. Push the back of the coupler on firmly then push the knurled sleeve on until it snaps on tight. At least that is what I have to do to mine. If it does not go on check the o-ring or rings down inside of the fitting for damage.

Biohazardman is right. Mine goes in hard too. Have to apply pressure forward on the back end of the coupler and at the same time pull the sleeve back until it snaps locked. Looks similar to mine.

Mine rubbed on the sides where knurled portion is and the sides of the hole in the fx. But it did fit as other's stated. Will it fit your other pcps ?

The appearance looks the same, but mine is not engraved (BE:ST)

If you have troubles with it you can get a new one, or maybe ask the seller if he still has the original one. Allot of guns use the same type of connection, and should not be that hard to find. It doeas not matter what manufacturer made it (as long as it is a well known company which make safe parts), as it is standard on allot of guns.

That's the same aftermarket extended female sold at many places. I use the male version that screws onto the hose.
