FX Impact MkI plenum

Hey guys, I have having a hell of a time getting the plenum sealed up after installing new o rings. I get her together put the bottle on and she leaks thru the slotted jointed where the plenum goes and has the clamp screw. Seems my o rings are getting nicked going in. Everything looks smooth except the lead in where the frame splits for the clamp is a bit pointed. Any tips or tricks you can recommend?

Looks like plenum internal O ring that seals valve rod is bad or the two O rings 9x1.5 on the front part of plenum may have gone South

It probably helps to lube, and rotate the plenum while pushing it in. If you push the plenum straight in, the O-ring will meet a relative sharp edge, when entering the action.

I had the same issue with mine.
When I called FX they told me that I might need to back the Power plenum cap out 1-2 threads so the o-ring in the split would seat all the way as there is very little extra material for the o-ring to set against .
The cap on the power plenum uses the o-ring to seal and does not need to be tightened down all the way you just need to set it to the correct length so you can still get the top rail bolted back on without getting it in a bind.
So far this has helped fix the leak I had but i did need to replace the o-ring on the power plenum because when it pushed out it was damaged.
