FX Impact Mk3 1st or 2nd regulator

Hey all you Impact mk3 experts, I'm hoping someone can answer a question for me. With the dual regulator mk3 is it the 1st or 2nd regulator that you do not want to shoot bottle pressure under the regulator reading?
This was not an issue when I had a mk2 single reg to consider.

You shoot until your reach the 2nd Reg Set pressure...
The First Reg is to take the High bottle pressure strain off of the 2nd Reg!
The 2nd Reg set pressure is you "Shooting" / operating pressure!

If your M3 is like mine you will see when you are “off reg”. Your groups will start opening up for no reason other than being off reg.

It’s virtually the same as your mk2, just another reg in between, I recommend running 180-200 bar on the first reg, or at least get it out of your way, the 2nd reg is the one you need to watch, you will start to drop around 20 bar above your set point, not much as far as poi, but the crony will see it.

Ernest Rowe recommends not going over 160Bar on factory AMP regulators to avoid damage or short service life. I personally wouldnt shoot below my first regulator, at least not on purpose. If you were to go under your second reg, dry firing can damage your valve assembly according to the manuals.

1st reg. Your first reg stages the reduced pressure from the bottle to take the stress off the second reg. The second reg of the M3 is so much more consistent with the first stage reg doing the brunt of the work. Keep the first reg 30-40 bar more that your second reg shooting pressure
