Hello, sorry but you just would not get 930 fps out of a 27gn slug out of a gen 1 Mk2 impact ... jaja so confusing since already there is a gen2 impact around on the market (imposible to know without taking the impact apart, since the new one has an integrated valve seat 6.3mm bore vs 5.5 on the "old" mk2)
As @heavy-impact mention porting will help, and probably get you where you want, since you will have an increase of about 50fps. Simple way is to ELONGATE the brass port from 5.5 to 6.5 mm towards the muzzle, and to remove the pellet probe o, as shown in the video

Or you can do it as Heavy mention, but is a bit more complicated and time consuming for someone making it for the first time and there is no much proben gain there. (and if there is will be no more than 1-5 fps) BUT WORKS!
Regarding the concerns / opinions of @PigeonMan
I wouldnt do it as it voids any warranty
That is like saying do not change the tires of your car, since you will void warranty. The parts we mention are not part of the internals of the impact. and as heavy mention those are easy to get and replace. (suggestion, first buy/get the parts, then make the mods)
Also making the transfer port bigger will allow the pellets head to tilt into the hole and when you closed the level it will get jam. Haven't try slugs so idk but not good for pellets
True, that is why no one is saying bigger!, you need to ELONGATE (from 5.5 to 6.5mm) the brass port not make it bigger. What heavy shows is an external CHAMP (for vortex/venturi effect, that might look as simple sight bigger!) and and elongated internal (basically you first elongate and then you champ it). If anything get stuck in a brass port, is simple because was made wrong. (ported more than a dozen already, cero issues)
Porting will get maybe 30 fps more. Not much of a difference imo.
Not maybe ... 40 to 50+ fps, proven with the 0.22 redesigned. (0.22 will have the biggest increase on fps), less than that is either a tuning problem or again, elongated tp was not made right.
You will need a power kit earnest sells for about $50 plus shipping.
True that you need the basic power kit, but Ernest and FX USA are not selling those anymore. Fact. Ask them.
just chime in so people do not get the wrong ideas about all this, take care!
