FX Impact/Maverick bottle interchangeability

The barrel interchangeability has been explained. I know the Impact MKII bottle needs modded to fit the M3. Does the M3 bottle work on the MKII and the Maverick?

M3 bottles fit on all other FX but not the other way around.
