FX Impact Magazines pressing on skirts

My other magazines (FX Ranchero, Daystate, etc) release the pellets with very little pressure from the back of the pellet. The .25 caliber FX magazine takes nearly 1 pounds and 15 oz of pressure behind the pellet to move the pellet forward. The pellet also seems to be 'off center' pressing the right side of the pellet into the side of the magazine (when viewed from the black side).

Are others seeing this?

Am getting clipping on my. 25 mag not on my . 30 or . 177 so am gonna return the magazine for a new one

you can reduce the magazine spring tension by removing the screw holding the magazine cover and letting the spring roll 1 turn counter clockwise.
you should be careful when doing this, so the spring won't jump in all directions.

My 22 royale mag has the pellet looking offset from the side to the front of the gun. I don't worry about that too much, but as the poster above mentioned, I took mine apart and put only a single turn in the spring and put it back together. With less pressure it still cycles and doesn't seem to want to crush the pellet skirt when it cycles.
