Does anyone have a slick way to mark the FX Impact magazine so I can know how many shots I have left?

The only way I ever thought to do it was to take off the clear piece and mark the pellet wheel. You'd have to figure out exactly how you'd want to do it.
Say, if 3 shots are hidden, you could just mark that one spot. Then, you'd know when you have 3 left.
That's really the only way, is to mark that wheel in some fashion.

Tominco, I noticed there is a brass piece embedded in the clear cover. I am wondering if this indicates the last pellet. I will pay attention to this next time.

No, that's an alignment pin for the wheel. Since the wheel floats, it helps keep it right where it needs to be to align each pellet for proper loading.

Thanks for that, Tominco. I saw a YouTube video once that showed how to trick-out the mag for this purpose, but I can't seem to find it now.

I wish the pellets would feed into the gun counterclockwise rather than clockwise like they do. Then you would be able to see how many pellets you have left until you're at about 3. You wouldn't know whether you had 10 or 15 pellets, but you would know once it got low. I would much rather know how many more till I'm out vs knowing if it's full or missing 3.
