Want to find out what is the lifespan (how many shots) on a Fx impact m3 shooting 25 grain slugs at 1000 fps with the macro hammer set at 16 and micro at 3. The valve on line 3.5 with the 1st regulator at 150 bar and the 2nd regulator at 110.

Any quote you receive will be a guess. An FX Impact MK3 can be fully rebuilt with all parts currently available directly from FX (Utah Airguns). So, I would say your Impact MK3 has an infinite number of shots yet to be had.

Need to know bottle size. You need to shoot to find out. Depends on how suited your tune is to your barrel length. You just have to do it I suppose.

Many, many thousands of shots.
As stated above, they can be rebuilt/resealed whenever needed.
If your shooting perhaps non-lead ammo, it's possible to wear out the liner/barrel sooner, but still many, many shots before that happens.

I would say it’s a complete 100 percent non factor in deciding to purchase. I don’t think the internals are going to wear out when referring to the main metal hardware. Orings of course are a different story as with any pcp. It will eventually leak of course. If it were me I’d certainly delete the first reg. You don’t want two of those things to deal with in my opinion as I believe they are the least reliable aspect of any fx.

These kinds of questions come up from time to time. I would respectfully submit that you should shoot and not worry. These kinds of exercises are non productive. Almost anything can be fixed, and most, (I said most) shooters will never get to the point that they destroy a rifle. Many, many will never keep a rifle long enough to wear out orings!
As an example, my neighbor has an old FX Cyclone, that I don't know how old it is, but it's had many, many thousands of shots through it, and he is something like the fifth or sixth owner. He NEVER takes care of it and it just keeps going.
