I am planning to upgrade the normal regulator that the impact m3 has , all times huma air products are the top and i wanted to upgrade any reviews for getting more joules and maximum tuning ?

I have tried Huma regulators in Impact.
In my understanding Huma is very good at initial stages but with the passage of time if you play with the reg, it shows issues.
I prefer FX amp reg over Huma reg with some modifications that I have done to both of my M3 regs.

There are definitely trade-offs with the Huma regulators. The aluminum bodies are soft and easy to scar. It is difficult to find the proper screwdrivers to adjust them and on some guns, like the 1st reg of the Maverick, you may have to partially disassemble the gun every time you want to adjust them, as a screwdriver does not fit through the access hole, but a hex key does. The hex key adjuster of the FX AMP reg is superior. It engages more positively, and it is adjusted with standard tools that are widely available.
If FX made the AMP reg with a piston of a higher quality material and machining/polishing, it would be vastly superior. I like your video mubhaur, but with no machinery and nowhere to buy a piston like the one you made, most of us are stuck polishing and cleaning up the stock FX piston and the belleville washers. Luckily, Ernest Rowe made a couple excellent videos on how to do it:
