FX impact m3 Pard nightstalker sighting issues

Hi all,
I'm new to this site and have just purchased a FX Impact M3 with a Sabra TRS standard 20MOA. I have mounted a Pard Nightstalker with the Pard standard mounts.
My issue is I cannot sight the elevation in as I run out of travel up and is shooting 1 inch high at 55 yards. Is there something I am missing or do I have to upgrade the mounts to FX ones that will compensate for the 20MOA Sabra mount.

Welcome to AGN. Try shimming your scope base.

If shimming your scope does not work , you will need elevation adjustment to scope rings.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding
But if you are shooting an inch high at 50 yards don’t you need to lower your elevation versus ”travel up”?
No insult intended
just hoping to learn
