Yes, polishing the sharp edges off of the Belleville washers is definitely a good thing to do. I do it whenever I pull a reg out.
I made a piston out of brass but have not installed it yet.
Peek seems like it would be a good material to use. Think I am going to have to finally break down and purchase some.

Mubhaur it should seat at 110 bar I have gotten peek to seal at like 50 to 60 bar on poppet valves before takes some work but it will

I also installed the peek piston in 2nd reg of Impact M3 and it is working perfectly.
Even at 80 bars it is working great.
No creep.

Hi, I am going to rebuild my 1st reg on Impact M3. But FX diagram is not provided for it. How do you know what o-ring to order? Anybody has a list of all o-ring for this part?

Any chance to post the sizes of the piston , I have access to a cnc lathe and would like to see how it goes making a piston , but I don't want to pull my gun apart just to measure
