FX Impact M3 First Regulator failures

I purchased new a FX Impact M3 in Fall of 2021. Model is 25cal with 600mm barrel. The first regulator was originally set at 150 to 155, but after 8 months began to fluctuate from 130 to 170. The standard deviation went from 8 to 10 fps to 30 to 40fps. The rifle looks like new and kept in the case in perfect conditions. I have only shot 3 or 4 tins. After sending back to dealer , I have been told both regulators were replaced and also the first regulator guage replaced as well. The first regulator was now however set wide open, so it mirrors the tank guage pressure. This was recommended to avoid the many problems associated with this gun's 2 regulator system. The second regulator is set at approximately 115. Has any one else had this issue and was the solution to open up the first regulator and shoot and operate the Impact M3 in this manner?

Not logical as this means that practically 1st regulator is bypassed. Then what need of 1st reg.
It has almost become mk2.

You need to find someone who knows what they are doing. Regulators work the hardest with high deltas of pressure. Bypassing the first regulator just makes the second regulator work as hard as if the first regulator wasn't there in the first place. If the first regulator was setup for 170 bar it would only have to regulate 80 bar max, with a reservoir at 250 bar. Then the second regulator would take 170 bar down to 115 bar, which would regulate 55 bar.

I would add, send your rifle to FX not the dealer. The warranty is with FX and as such I have always went straight to them.
I know some dealers are wonderful with working with the consumer after purchase but I always go back to the manufacturer if they are supporting their products. FX is one of the good ones, in my opinion, with fixing a problem with your rifle.
I had to send my M3 back for a bad 1st regulator as well and FX fixed it and I’ve been shooting strong since. Best of luck and if anything, give FX customer support a call and see what they can do for you…

Thank-you all you all, for your comments and suggestions. I will contact FX USA.
I might also mention; that I was informed by service at Utah Airguns ( who I purchased the Impact M3 from, and performed the repair) that they recently had numerous "bad regulators" supplied to them by FX and that was why they set up my rifle (opening the first regulator wide open , to mirror the tank pressure), and also because of the many associated 2 regulator failure problems on the FX Impact M3.
Another major concern, I recall mentioned on the Impact M3, ... was the slow refresh rate between shots because of the newer larger Power Plenum. I was told that Saber Tactical has, or is soon introducing a "kit" to do a similar conversion to a "One regulator gun" for the Impact M3.
Hummm...
I am relatively new to the PCP sport so I appreciate any thoughts and opinions.
