FX Impact m3 Barrel

I saw a video of Mark and he said that all Fx Impact m3 are coming with dual ports. 

1 for slugs and 1 side for pellets. 

I was having trouble getting good groups so I was very happy that I may have the wrong side installed in my Impact. 

but when I remove the barrel, it has only ONE port/hole in it???



Can anyone explain what happened in my case?

I bought it brand new in 30 caliber.

The .30 caliber guns only have one hole. It is plenty big as is.
