A few users have asked me that they feel difficult to adjust the 2nd regulator of M3. The trigger plate comes in the way between the Allen key and the adjuster. This causes damage to the brass adjuster screw. It was not the case in MK2.

Following video contains a crisp tip to fix this issue.

Yes, great tip. All anyone has to do is safely depress the trigger and there is plenty of room for short end of an Allen wrench to adjust even with trigger guard on.

Agreed that ball end Allen wrench does it without modification but for non ball end wrench this is the way.

A ball head wrench will eventually cause problems but they do work. I just made ole ugly. It fully engages the adjustment screw squarely and I’ve never had any issues.

I own many MIP hex screwdrivers and you won't find a better one. Started using them years ago with my RC hobby. They will sometime this year provide larger sizes then the 3mm etc. Simply the best.

So you have an extra benefit by using the down rail with a slot.

To me an ordinary Allen wrench works best and keeps the brass screw in perfect condition if adequate space is available to use it.

It's just how I take it.

I can also access it from the side without an issue. This is why a ball head is needed for those angle like in the second picture. I haven't damage that bass screw.

Guys, try out some of these MIP's. I was going to be selfish and keep it to myself until he spilled the beans . Perfect fit on the fasteners.
