FX FX Impact Fill Valve Adapter

Hi,

Just thought I'd share this. If you're in a pinch and knowing not everyone is going to have a fill valve that fits the FX Imapct - I think this is great to have. So far it's been working great. No leaks. The only thing is, wish it was a different metal than brass. You can see the indentation in the first picture. The other fill valve adapter is the FX valve supplied by Utah Airguns.

I recommend getting the threaded version and putting a hardened steel male on it instead. The brass male is cheaper and shorter but brass males arent strong enough long term. The indentations from the balls will raise a burr and it will fail to fit and eventually will blow out.

Full stainless is fine for my M3s.....
I did turn down the knurling on my lathe....
To clear the opening on my K&L lower rail.

Seriously that other jank a”” one is what FX supplies with a 2k gun ? Wow…yeah I bought one just like you have off Amazon. Works good. A connector just like that other one is what came with my wildcat bt vp. Figured they did that because it was the value priced edition. Lol. It just sits in a box somewhere. Maybe that is why daystate is so expensive. They give you a real connector.
