FX Impact cocking issue

My FX Impact STX .25 serial #183606 has presented an annoying cocking issue at the first day at the range. Lever linkage #19021 (A5) which links to the reloading block #19691 (A10) by a steel pin is slightly moving down when I move forward the side lever and then hits the trigger block #19690 (A1) slot (where the side lever articulation enters/rests when it is on the forward position) . When I move the side lever forward, the lever linkage part where it articulates with the reloading block, hits on the edge of the slot of the trigger block as the below picture. The only way to move it forward and so load the pellet is to lift the lever linkage with my finger.

It is a brand new gun. Since I live in South America, warranty service in the USA is out of question. Transportation costs and bureaucracy complicate things.

Before I disassemble the gun and proceed studying it to find a suitable repair, I kindly ask if anybody had a similar issue and how it was fixed.

These Delrin pucks elevate the reloading block so that it doesn't wear against the trigger block. The pucks provide clearance and a low friction contact surface. They also wear with use and may be inexpensively and easily replaced when needed. Just pick out the old ones and replace with new ones. Make sure to lubricate the top of the trigger block with viscous silicone grease in the area where the Delrin pucks make contact with the trigger block throughout their range of travel to reduce the rate of wear of the Delrin pucks. You will require 5 of these Delrin pucks.

It may also be that cocking lever A3 is not holding lever linkage A5 high enough. If it were me, I'd remove the cocking lever and lever linkage assembly while I had the gun apart to replace those Delrin pucks and see if there was a way to apply a little brute force to elevate that hinged junction in the clevis-type fitting of A3, A4, and A5 so that in any position of the cocking lever throughout its travel, the lever linkage is supported higher so that it cannot touch the trigger block.

A) Brand new gun. 300 shots máx. Maybe FX forgot to add. It happened with other parts in other FX guns I have.

A) It makes sense too. I will replace (or add the missing ones) first and will check proper elevation as suggested. 

I will problably make the delrin pucks. I will try to find the correct dimensions.

I though I would give you an update on my Impact cocking issue as I way to help others in case they have the same problem. I checked all above and also contacted FX USA whom were kindly enough to provide me some guidelines. Final solution were: Carefully tighted up with a vise the connection between the side lever and linkage. In doing this I reduced the linkage oscillation from 5mm to 3mm. Also I rounded and polished the edge of the linkage. It is not stopping the pellet loading anymore and cocking is very smooth. 

Now I have a regulator creep. But this is another thing to sort it out.
