Works really well for me. I could buy atlas style bipod and Kraford and something nice rail but after buying impact only that much money left.

I will made it from stainless steel tube when I will get one. Just because of look and feel.

You can go to a local Metal Supermarket and buy a piece of aluminum tube and polish it or paint it to match your gun. You can buy by the inch or foot. Very cheap for your application. Sorry I thought (assumed) you were in the US.

Yes here where I live I can also buy it like that but i was just playing around a little to see how it will work.

It is a good idea I have seen several people do similar rails but most used carbon fiber tube. Nothing wrong with stainless if that is what you have though. Looking forward to seeing it finished.

2mm wall 30mm OD CF Tube. 30mm picatinny scope mounts. Front mount had picatinny section removed with a jewelers saw then ground smooth and colored to match!
