fx impact bipod and monopod

Is it worth it the after market monopod and is there anyway to move bipod forward

Utah Airguns and https://krafordandlypt.com/ have 3 different front rail extensions between them. No info to share on the monopod.

To move the bipod forward I used one of these

It is very solid and a much lower cost solution.
