Fx impact and Edgun gauge

E-mail from TheEdgun outside of AGN, he stated :

"It is exacty copy of WIKA gauge which are installed to many guns, EXACT!"

I left in the spelling of exactly what he sent. So, for any of us wondering, here are the measurements. It appears this will work on the Bobcat MK2, but require some machining of the plastic end cover to ensure a perfect fit. If all you want is a more accurate gage, the Huma gage listed on another post here on AGN for FX regulator testing will fit without modifications.

Not sure if diameter of pressure tube is same as Bobcat or not. Probably is. If so it can be made to fit with minor machining of cover that fits on end of pressure tube. I’m going to fit the Wika first to make sure before I order an EDMU from Edgun.

Has anyone had problems with the EDgun EDMU gage? I bought one "used" from an AGN member who had used it on an FX that he sold. When I installed it a few months later (didn't have time sooner) in place of the Wika gage that I had installed, it gradually and very slowly lost pressure, going from 250b to 170b overnight. I thought maybe I didn't install it correctly, and removed, reinstalled, and performed soap bubble test. No leaks through the seal or threads. Next morning, same thing. Reinstalled the Wika, and holds air forever. The gage is less than a year old, just wondering if I should toss it, or send back to EDgun for anaylsis, or what...

There's an o ring behind the pressure transducer that seals it to the brass housing. If that o ring is leaking you can replace it, and afterwards reset the zero in the gauges setup menu.

Before changing the transducer o ring I'd make sure that's where the leak is.
