Fx impact air leakage through the barrel

Today i found small air leaks through the impact barrel, the valve shows that it does not fit snugly into the seat.

This is a new set of power plenum.

Maybe there are people who already have this problem?

Mine does not fit deep inside the seat but there is no leak at all.

My dear friend, i'm not from Asia.

I understand everything you want to tell me.

The plastic parts of the valve do not close properly, this problem occurred after about 1000 shot. Upon close inspection I noticed that the valve was not uniform on all sides,it has different deformations, it does not work equally on the part.

I had that problem.replaced delron on valve rod with 7.5 mm peek it stopped.

Vadimas. I went through 3 new valve rods.at first it won't leak.after about 200 shots very small leak. On part in your drawing that part got deformed would let air by .P m me if you need one or can't get it where you live. I'll send you a couple.

I also used PEEK, way harder and stiffer than Delrin, and easy to machine. 

This one will stays as it looks in the picture.

The valve stem is a bit scuffed from tinkering, but is 100% functional. 

Didn't bother to clean it up a bit

The 45° sealing edge visible is the edge I made on it myself. It is still in the same shape, and looks like it hasn't been used at all.

How do you guys replace that part. I can't remove the delrin from the rod.

I used a heat gun and patance go slow.has lots of blue lock tight

I warmed up a bit and turned around.

Well this is not a good news for the Power Plenum kit to start with on the market place.

FX ? What is your plan to resolve this problem for all the Power Plenum kit owners installed ?

You are gonna laugh, I set the Delrin on fire, and let it burn up completely  

After that, it can be loosened without effort. Don't inhale the fumes!
